PROJECT APPROACH
From brief to completed setup
A hard-shell home installation planned around room dimensions, doorway access and a simple setup process.
Customer brief
The customer discovered Oxycron while attending the Canton Fair in China and tried the single-person OXY-30 hard-shell hyperbaric chamber on site. After experiencing the chamber, they were satisfied with the product but had several practical concerns about installing a hard-shell chamber at home in the UAE. Because both single-person and larger multi-person chambers are relatively large and heavy, they wanted to confirm whether the chamber could pass through the home entrance, whether the doorway was wide enough, whether the floor could safely support the equipment, how the chamber would be moved into position and installed after delivery, and what technical support would be available in the UAE.
Equipment solution
After returning to the UAE, the customers measured the doorway and access route, confirmed the floor load capacity, and checked that the electrical supply met the installation requirements. One customer selected a single-person OXY-30 hard-shell hyperbaric chamber, while another decided to customize an OXY-M15 Quad Multi-Person Hard-Shell Hyperbaric Chamber for use by the whole family at home.
Delivery & setup
We arranged DDP door-to-door shipping to the UAE, including international freight and customs clearance. Before delivery, our team confirmed the access route and installation requirements, and provided remote guidance for setup, pressure testing and first-time operation.
Completed result
Both chambers were shipped in modular sections, allowing the components to pass through the available home access before final assembly. After delivery in the UAE, the customers completed the installation by following our assembly videos, with our engineers providing real-time support through a dedicated WhatsApp group.
