A Thailand wellness center selected the OXY-30 Duo after reviewing chamber capacity, installation space, daily operation and long-term technical support.
Customer brief
The customer was looking for a two-person hard-shell hyperbaric chamber for an existing wellness center in Thailand. Before making the purchase, they wanted to confirm whether a larger two-person chamber would fit the available room, how it would be moved into the facility and installed, and whether the system would be practical for regular daily operation. They were also concerned about pressure stability, interior comfort for two users, ease of operation for staff, routine maintenance and technical support after delivery.
Equipment solution
After discussing the center’s available space, expected daily use and preferred chamber capacity, our team recommended the OXY-30 Duo. The two-person configuration allows the center to accommodate two users in one chamber while providing more interior space than a single-person model. Before the order was confirmed, the room dimensions, doorway and access route were reviewed so the customer could determine whether the chamber could be delivered and positioned inside the wellness center.
Delivery & setup
We arranged DDP door-to-door delivery to Thailand, covering international shipping, customs clearance and import-related charges. After the chamber arrived at the wellness center, the customer hired local workers to complete the installation. They followed the assembly video provided by our team and successfully completed the setup, while our technical staff remained available remotely to answer questions during the installation process.
Completed result
The OXY-30 Duo was integrated into the wellness center as a two-person hyperbaric chamber solution. The larger interior gave the center the flexibility to accommodate two users while maintaining a setup suitable for its existing wellness environment. The customer also had a clear support channel for future operating, maintenance and technical questions.
