Product Introduction

The OXY-V20 is a compact single-person vertical hard-shell hyperbaric chamber designed for modern home wellness rooms, recovery centers, fitness facilities, longevity centers and premium commercial wellness environments.

Its upright configuration reduces the floor space required compared with many conventional horizontal chamber designs, while the rigid high-strength carbon-steel structure provides a durable and stable chamber body for long-term use.

With chamber dimensions of 1500 × 800 × 1950 mm and a weight of approximately 650 kg, the OXY-V20 is particularly suitable for projects where space efficiency, equipment appearance and practical installation are important.

Compact Vertical Design

The vertical architecture gives the OXY-V20 a footprint of approximately 1.2 m², allowing it to integrate into locations where available floor space is limited.

Its single-person seated configuration makes it suitable for a variety of environments, including:

  • Private home wellness rooms
  • Wellness and longevity centers
  • Fitness and recovery facilities
  • Premium spas
  • Commercial wellness studios
  • Hospitality wellness spaces

Adjustable Pressure Configuration

The OXY-V20 is designed with an adjustable pressure configuration of up to 2.0 ATA, providing flexibility for different wellness and recovery environments.

The final pressure specification can be configured according to the ordered version and project requirements.

High-Strength Hard-Shell Construction

The chamber body is manufactured from high-strength carbon steel, providing a rigid structure and stable operating environment.

Unlike flexible soft chambers, the OXY-V20 maintains a fixed chamber shape and is designed for users and commercial operators who prefer a permanent hard-shell installation.

Safety and Pressure Control

The OXY-V20 incorporates both a manual safety valve and an automatic safety valve for pressure-release control.

These systems provide two methods of managing chamber pressure during operation.

Operating noise is specified at less than 55 dB, helping the system integrate into environments where comfort and a quiet atmosphere are important.

Without an external air-conditioning system, the chamber interior temperature is specified at approximately ambient temperature +3°C during operation.

Optional PSA Oxygen System

The chamber can be configured with an optional PSA oxygen-generation system.

The available oxygen system provides:

  • Oxygen flow: 10 L/min
  • Oxygen generation technology: PSA
  • Rated power: 850 W
  • Gas channels: 5
  • Electrical classification: Class II
  • Voltage: 220V / 50Hz
  • Operating temperature: 0–40°C
  • Operating humidity: ≤80%

The oxygen system can be selected according to the final chamber configuration and project requirements.

Questions About Hard-Shell Hyperbaric Chambers?

Find answers about pressure options, installation requirements, safety features, pricing, and what to consider before choosing an Oxycron hard-shell hyperbaric chamber.

What Is the Difference Between 1.5 ATA and 2.0 ATA Hard-Shell Hyperbaric Chambers?

The main difference is the maximum operating pressure. A 1.5 ATA chamber is suitable for users who require lower-pressure operation, while a 2.0 ATA model provides a wider pressure range for professional and commercial applications. The right choice depends on your intended use, facility requirements and local regulations.

What Space and Installation Requirements Does a Hard-Shell Chamber Need?

Hard-shell chambers require adequate room space, a suitable delivery path, stable flooring and the correct electrical supply. Exact requirements vary by model, so Oxycron can provide dimensions and installation guidance before shipment to help you prepare the site.

What Safety Features Should I Look for in a Hard-Shell Hyperbaric Chamber?

Important considerations include pressure-control systems, emergency depressurization, communication capability, reliable air and oxygen delivery, and documented manufacturing and quality standards. Buyers should also check the certifications and technical documentation required for their local market.

How Much Does a Hard-Shell Hyperbaric Chamber Cost, and What Is Included?

The price depends on chamber size, pressure rating, seating capacity and optional features. Oxycron quotations can include the chamber system, oxygen equipment and standard accessories, while shipping, installation requirements and optional upgrades are confirmed separately for each project.
